The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern exclusively the contractual relationship between the customer, user of the online platform, and our company.
Browsing the website and purchasing any product on the platform implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Reserves the right to modify these conditions without prior notice and undertakes to publish any changes.
Content and Prices
The prices shown on our platform are displayed in euros and include all applicable taxes. Depending on the purchase and shipping options selected, shipping costs will be automatically calculated based on the delivery address provided and will be borne by the customer, being reflected in the final price to be paid.
Despite all efforts to ensure accurate content, cannot be held responsible for pricing errors, technical information inaccuracies, or product description errors on the online platform.
When an order is prepared, reviews all product prices. If the product price does not correspond to the stated amount, the customer will be notified and may choose to pay the difference or cancel the order without any penalty.
Shipping Costs
Depending on the purchase and shipping options selected, shipping costs will be borne by the customer and added to the final order total.
The delivery service operates only on business days and requires the presence of a person at the delivery address to receive the goods. If delivery cannot be completed for this reason, an additional fee may be charged to schedule a new delivery attempt, up to a maximum equal to the original shipping cost.
Upon delivery, all goods must be checked. If there is visible damage to the external packaging, the order must be refused without opening it, and detailed reservations must be recorded.
If damages or discrepancies are not documented with precise, complete, dated, and signed reservations on the delivery note, neither nor the carrier will be responsible for any damage or loss of unchecked goods.
The recipient’s signature, including its digital reproduction, constitutes proof of delivery. Both parties acknowledge that such signature has the same legal value as a handwritten signature. Delivery receipts may be requested from our carrier by the customer.

Availability and Delivery
Undertakes to comply with delivery deadlines provided that the products are available in stock.
The average delivery time for an order, after registration and payment, is 5 (five) business days. However, depending on product availability, delivery within the estimated timeframe cannot always be guaranteed. Any delay does not entitle the customer to compensation.
All shipments are carried out exclusively on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Cancellations and Returns
Failure to pay for an order within 3 (three) days following the order date will result in its automatic cancellation.
The customer may cancel an order while it is being processed without penalty. To do so, the customer must send an email to geral@tp.software indicating their intention and the corresponding order number.
From the date the customer receives the order, they may exercise their right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable legislation, namely Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February, as amended.
The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days, counted from:
a) The day on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods; or
I. The day on which the consumer acquires physical possession of the last item, in the case of multiple goods ordered and delivered separately;
II. The day on which the consumer acquires physical possession of the last lot or piece, in the case of goods consisting of multiple lots or parts;
III. The day on which the consumer acquires physical possession of the first item, in the case of contracts for the periodic delivery of goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform of their decision by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. letter or email to geral@tp.software)
The customer may also complete the withdrawal form (RMA) or submit any other clear statement of withdrawal.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the communication to be sent before the withdrawal period expires.
In the event of withdrawal, the customer will be refunded for the payments made for the goods purchased, excluding delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 days from the date receives the returned goods.
Refunds will only be processed after verification of the product’s condition, which must be the same as at the time of dispatch/sale.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise by the customer, and without additional costs.
All costs associated with returning the goods following withdrawal shall be borne entirely by the customer.
The customer is liable for any depreciation in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
– Supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
– Supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
– The product has not been used;
– The packaging is completely intact as originally shipped;
– The product shows no damage;
– Used items will not be accepted.
How to Return a Product
After prior contact with your company and receipt of return instructions, the customer must send the product properly packaged, in its original packaging and accompanied by the invoice, to the following address:

All items will be inspected upon arrival. Only those that meet the return conditions will be accepted for exchange or refund.
If the return is rejected due to non-compliance, collection of the goods will be the customer’s responsibility. The customer will have a maximum period of 15 business days to collect the goods. After this period, the goods will be considered abandoned.
Warranty and Complaints
Complaints
Complaints will only be accepted after verification by our technical department and must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Products will be sent to the manufacturer for analysis. If the complaint is accepted, we will proceed accordingly.
Warranty
Products sold by our company are covered by Decree-Law No. 84/2021 of 18 October, as amended. Product conformity is guaranteed for three years from the delivery date for new or refurbished goods. For used goods, the conformity guarantee period is 18 months, unless a longer period is stated.
The warranty does not include compensation or reimbursement of any expenses arising from incorrect use, application, or installation of the products.
Warranty Exclusions:
– Normal wear and tear;
– Damage caused by improper handling;
– Use with other products or for purposes other than those intended;
– Unauthorised opening, modification, or repair;
– Illegible or removed serial number;
– Use for competition purposes.
How to Activate the Warranty
To activate the warranty, the customer must contact describe the issue in detail, and indicate the invoice number. If required, the product must be sent properly packaged to the address above:

If the warranty claim is rejected, collection of the goods will be the customer’s responsibility within 15 business days, after which the goods will be considered abandoned.
Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, including intellectual property rights and database contents, belong to our company or are duly authorised for its use. Copying, adapting, reproducing, modifying, publishing, or distributing any content from the website for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
Customer and User Obligations
The customer/user must comply with the following obligations:
– Never disclose their password to third parties;
– Not use false identities;
– Provide accurate personal data and addresses.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data submitted.
Our company declines any liability for delays or impossibility in order processing due to insufficient or incorrect data.
Use of this website is subject to these terms and conditions.
The company reserves the right to delete user accounts that violate these rules.

How to Order Online
To place an order online, the customer must first register on the platform and provide the required information. Products can then be added to the shopping cart in the desired quantities.
If delivery is arranged by our company shipping costs will be added to the final price according to the product characteristics and delivery address.
Once the selection is complete, the customer must proceed to Checkout and follow all steps related to shipping and payment.
